How much time does fulfillment require?

Allow 1–2 business days for preparation after authorization, followed by estimated carrier travel of 4–6 business days from dispatch.

What types of return are considered?

Eligible new defective and non-defective goods can be returned, and exchange requests are accepted. Apply within 30 days after receipt. A non-defective product must remain unused.

Is a label or restocking fee charged?

No. A free prepaid label is included with an eligible order, and there is no restocking fee. Obtain approval before mailing. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 days.
