Refund Policy

We accept qualifying returns of new defective and non-defective items, including eligible changes of mind and mistaken selections, and exchange requests are welcome. Begin the request no later than 30 days following delivery. New non-defective goods must remain unused and in original condition.

Open a request first

Write to lakshmit20051983@gmail.com with the purchase reference, checkout email and explanation. Supply useful photos or video for a defect, damage, wrong item or missing component. Do not mail goods until approval, an exact destination and instructions are provided.

Label and fees

The parcel contains a free prepaid label for an eligible return. Contact us if it cannot be found. We impose no restocking charge. An exchange depends on approval and inventory.

Refund timeline

We process and initiate an approved refund back to the original payment method within 10 days. Its appearance may be delayed by the bank or issuer. Legal protections that cannot be waived are unaffected.
